An Inspired partnership: new Slingo game to launch under Reel King brand

Written by Katie Gill –

Gaming Realms plc is excited to announce a new licensing agreement with gaming giants Inspired Entertainment, Inc. The deal forms part of the three-year sublicensing agreement which culminated in the smash-hit release of Slingo Centurion earlier this year.

Under the terms of the agreement, Gaming Realms will develop and launch a new game, Slingo Reel King, which is set to be released in 2021. The game will combine Gaming Realms’ unique and popular Slingo format with the distinguished Reel King brand, offering players a memorable new gaming experience.

Inspired Entertainment, Inc. is a real powerhouse in the gaming industry, operating in 35 jurisdictions worldwide and supplying digital games for over 100 websites, as well as content for more than 58,000 gaming machines in pubs, betting shops and other route operations. We’re proud to be working alongside such a recognisable brand to develop innovative new creations for gaming fans.

Michael Buckley, Interim CEO and Non-Executive Chairman of Gaming Realms commented, “Reel King remains one of Inspired’s most popular and successful brands and we are very excited to partner with them to bring something new to this firm favourite for players worldwide. Following the successful launch of Slingo Centurion earlier this year, we have no doubt that the game will be well received by existing and new players.”

Claire Osborne, Vice President of Interactive, Inspired Entertainment Ltd commented, “We couldn’t be more delighted to extend our successful partnership with Gaming Realms. Following the acquisition of the Novomatic Gaming Technology Group (“NTG”) in October 2019 the Reel King brand is the jewel in our crown and after the success of Slingo Centurion we know customers are going to love this new brand tie up.”

This is an exciting moment for Gaming Realms plc and the Slingo portfolio, and we can’t wait to see what players make of this collaborative release. Watch this space!
